Admission Procedure at Arya College


For B.Tech Admission

The minimum academic qualification for admission to B.Tech./B.E. program in Rajasthan is to pass with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to "SC/ST/Non creamy layer OBC/ Non creamy layer SBC" of Rajasthan State) in the subjects combination as given below taken together, in the final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) of Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan or any other examination recognized equivalent thereto by Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan/Central Board of secondary Education (CBSE). B. Subject combination required in the qualifying examination for admission to B.Tech./B.E. courses shall be as under:

Course Compulsory: Physics & Mathematics

Subjects any one of the Optional Subjects B.Tech./B.E.

1. Chemistry
2. Bio-technology
3. Computer Science
4. Biology
Only those candidates shall be eligible who have passed in each subject of above combination and fulfils the minimum academic qualification as mentioned above

For M.Tech Admission

The candidate must possess B.Tech degree or equivalent from any recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of SC/ST and OBC candidates), without any approximation in the Graduate Examination.

For Pharmacy Admission

For B.Pharma Admission

D.Pharm (Diploma of Pharmacy) holders are eligible for admission into B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) into the second year directly via Lateral entry in india. A pass in D. Pharm. course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.

NOTE: It is mandatory to pass in individual subjects – English Compulsory, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics.

For M.Pharma Admission

In order to be eligible, one must has done B. Pharm. with 55% marks from any recognised university.

For Management Admission

Graduate (10+2+3) degree or equivalent from any recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of SC/ST and OBC candidates), without any approximation in the Graduate Examination.

Admission Procedures

Rajasthan Technical University (RTU), located in Kota, Rajasthan, is one of the most prestigious universities in India. It offers a four year integrated BTech course in its various branches. The aspirants who have completed their 10+2 examination with physics, chemistry and mathematics as their main subjects can apply for this course. The admissions are based on percentiles scored in JEE Mains and marks obtained in 12th boards.

RTU Admission Registration

The students who are willing to take admission in RTU have first to register online. They have to visit the official RTU website to start the admission procedures and follow the below-mentioned steps.

  • Go to the home page and click on the "admission" link. Several options would appear under it.
  • Then go to the option which says BTech admission.
  • Now, click on "Apply Online".
  • A form would open, which you have to fill using all the essential information required. Also, ensure that the information you enter matches the documents you submit and correct.
  • After rereading and checking all the information you filled in the form, upload the required documents in the format. Then click next.
  • Pay the amount required to fill the application form using net banking, debit card, or credit card.
  • Then, your application form will be submitted.
  • You can download the application form for future use.
RTU Admission Eligibility

Aspirants have to pass specific eligibility criteria for taking admission here. For example, for Arya College Jaipur admission, you have to stick to the following rules of eligibility.

  • The applicants must complete their 10+2 examination with a minimum aggregate of 45% of the total marks.
  • The candidates must have taken physics, chemistry, mathematics/ biology/ biotechnology as their main subjects in 12th.
  • The candidates must be born on and after 1st October 1996. However, the reserved candidates are provided with the relaxation of five years.
  • The only criteria to be reserved for candidates is to have a domicile of Rajasthan state.
RTU Admission Merit List

Some days after completing the direct admission in btech procedures, the merit list of Reap is released. This list mentions the names of the selected candidates for the counselling process. The merit list is based on marks scored in JEE Main and consists of JEE Main Score, JEE Main Roll Number and JEE Main Rank.

A separate list of students who have not applied with JEE Main is also released based on the 12th board"s examination marks. Also, a combined merit list is released based on JEE Main, 12th score, and the aspirant"s category. The final Arya College admission is made based on this combined merit list.

RTU Admission Selection Process

The selection of the candidates for BTech direct admission at RTU is made based on the combined merit list prepared by the admission authority. The names of candidates are mentioned who pass for the counselling process.

RTU Admission Counselling Process

The counselling process for engineering college admission is done after releasing the merit list. The process consists of the following levels:

  • As a part of the beginning process, all candidates will have to pay Rs. 700 online as a registration fee and give the details of JEE Main for the counselling process.
  • They will have to upload certain documents for verification.
  • As soon as you upload the documents, your registration form will appear, then the candidates will have to fill in the details asked in the form very carefully.
  • After submitting the form, an online choice entry form will be displayed. Choose your preferred option and click to submit.
  • The candidates must download the form for future references after the submission.
  • The candidates would be allotted seats based on their merit position in the list.
  • Finally, they have to accept the seat allotted to them and have to report to the college for the rest of the admission procedures.
